Our Commitment to You

We stand behind our products like we stand behind every shot on the green. Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they’re in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, individual irons and wedges that show signs of use cannot be returned once the plastic wrapping has been removed from the clubhead. All other products in our lineup (Drivers, Fairway Woods, Irons 6pc Sets, Putters) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • Prepaid return label (for defective items)
  • Our Houston facility return address
  • Packing requirements to prevent damage

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days), we’ll process your request:

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. International transactions may take 7-10 days to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your original delivery method within 2 business days of approval.

Special Considerations

  • Custom-fitted clubs may require additional evaluation time
  • International returns should use tracked shipping – we recommend DHL/FedEx
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
