Order Processing

We take 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your golf equipment to you:

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Includes package tracking

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic package tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products like we stand behind every shot on the green. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures resolution with the efficiency of a well-executed swing.

Return Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery when in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Important Return Exceptions:

For hygiene and safety reasons, individual irons and wedges that show signs of use cannot be returned once the plastic wrapping has been removed from the clubhead.

All other products in our lineup (Drivers, Fairway Woods, Irons 6pc Sets, Putters) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
  • Our Houston facility return address
  • Packing requirements to prevent damage

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product. For international returns, we recommend using tracked shipping via DHL or FedEx.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days), we’ll process your request:

Refunds:

  • Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • International transactions may take 7-10 days to appear on your statement

Exchanges:

  • Shipped via your original delivery method within 2 business days of approval
  • Custom-fitted clubs may require additional evaluation time
